Lousy service - Jiffy Lube Signature Oil Change

Upon entering the lot I noticed most of the employees sitting on the ground with food wrappers and cups- but most were standing as I drove to the back and was greeted and escorted to a small waiting area and told 'there's coffee and water over there- someone will be back to get you'. The area was OK, but I waited until just before leaving for the restroom because an employee had been camped in there over 15 minutes and there was no room spray for when he finished. For my first step I was taken to the computer screen and some laminated sheets under neath my air cleaners. Ah- the upsell, I thought...no surprise, it happens every time- and It always kills about 10 minutes of wait time. Good thing I was listening as he explained the extras for my 4WD Dodge... which is actually front wheel drive. Everything halted as the employees began screaming some kind of information back and forth like it was boot camp.I went back to my seat while they continued to work. It was done quickly and when I arrived home I discovered why. You pay extra for the "Signature Service" which included vacuuming my vehicle and washing the windows. I had to re do both- they only reached the area where the floor mats were, not under the seat or the mats where there was visibly some leaves and debris. The windows were smeared and worse than when I came in. No one re set my digital speedometer and when I took it back in had to listen to some wisecrack about 'isn't that what this dial is for?' I have my vehicle set how I like it- sorry it's inconvenient for you to give it back to me in the same condition, I thought. The next morning as I left to run errands, the change oil soon light appeared so I had to return a third time. Only one person knew how to fix the issues with the dash screen. Needless to say I am not impressed- and won't bother going back. There 'highly trained technicians' on their websit? All were clearly on vacation leaving substandard work performed by a group of guys who really didn't want to be there at all.
