Terrible service

I took my car to jiffy lube in sugarhouse, salt lake. Terrible service! They told me I would be out in 25 min, they proceeded to help customers who got there after me. Took 50 min. Did not vacuum my car, did not put air in my tires, and then made me sit in my car because it was not actually ready to go when they said it was (and gave me attitude as if it was my choice and I hadn't been shown to my car by one if the other employees). I had taken my car to this same location many times before and always had a positive experience. Sadly, doubt I will go here again now. Terrible service.
