Horrible customer service - Don't know

I've always gone to this jiffy lube , and received great customer service. Today was the worst experience for me. Pete was his name, he was very rude, felt as if he was talking to me like I was stupid. He needs to be fired imidiatly . I will not be going to jiffy lube anymore! Might one day return, IF I were to find out he has been permanently fired. Changed my views on jiffy lube completely! I've always loved this jiffy lube, up until my experiencet with Pete today. Sorry to all you other men, y'all are doing great !
